Master Roofing & Flooring, LLC was referred to me as I needed a total roof replacement. They came to my home and did an appraisal and immediately did some emergency covering to prevent further damage. Once my Insurance Company approved the estimate, they began work. They did a full stripping of the old roof and repaired some damage, then put the new roof on. They were finished within three days – including a great job of clean-up. I was very happy with the work they did, and they were very easy to work with. It was a pleasure not having to deal with my insurance company directly as they did all the work. GREAT JOB!

Had our roof replaced by Master Roofing & Flooring here in Umatilla OR, turned out beautiful (lots of colors to choose from) the crew was on time, they were professional and efficient. Kept the site spotless, they even vacuumed the gutters and back patio. Highly recommend!

Fast, efficient and affordable. Master Roofing & Flooring were recommended by a family member and they did not disappoint. They were great to work with from start to finish. We had reached out to several companies regarding a leak in our garage and they were the first to respond. They came out within a week of my request and quoted us with a decent, fair price and ended up paying less than expected which was surprising because we've worked with other companies that weren't so honest about the job. It just shows the eminence character in the company and my husband and I appreciated it very much. We will definitely be using them for future projects. This company is truly about high-end quality work.

If you are looking for a fair price and good customer service Master Roofing and Flooring LLC is your team. In my experience my insurance was only wanting to cover half of the roofing because of the wind storm that recently happened. After I contacted several roofing companies, I called Master Roofing & Flooring — they came to give me a quote right away and also offered to deal with the insurance and get the maximum help. 2 days later the insurance contacted me advising that they had talked to my contractor and have agreed to pay more for the entire roof, wow I was impressed, and that same weekend they delivered the material on Friday and on Saturday in less than 10 hours my roof was brand new. If you have problems with insurance covering for your roof like me, don't hesitate to call Master Roofing & Flooring LLC!
